Terms & Conditions At Seville Glass, we aim to deliver high-quality glass and glazing services with honesty and professionalism. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to the following: - Quotations are valid for 30 days and may change if variations are requested or site conditions differ.
- Deposits & Payments: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due on completion. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
- Lead Times: We provide estimated lead times in good faith, but delays may occur due to supplier availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Installation: Customers must provide safe and clear access to the worksite. Any additional costs due to restricted access, delays, or changes may be charged.
- Warranty: All work complies with Australian Standards AS1288 & AS2208. We offer a workmanship warranty and product warranty against defects (excluding damage caused by misuse, impact, or building movement).
- Limitations: Minor imperfections in glass are considered normal within industry standards. Once installed, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or third parties.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled after materials are purchased may incur costs.
