You may have guessed it already, but here at Seville Glass, we wanted to be known for two things. One, for long-lasting, premium-grade, locally sourced glass that elevated our customers’ homes. Two, we wanted to be known as the glaziers whose customer service and care was second to none and as outstanding as our glass.
This meant putting our customers first on every job, regardless of the size of their job, their home, their location or anything else. We wish we could say this commitment to putting our customers first has been easy (and indeed, for the most part, it has been), but behind the scenes, it’s meant we’ve had to spend two or three times the amount of time per client as other professionals.
Thankfully, this method has meant over the last, the vast majority of new business arrive to our doors by way of word-of-mouth referral from appreciative customers!
